the staff was very friendly and helpful. the complimentary breakfast was nice. i appreciated its proximity to galeries lafayette haussmann, bus stops, and metro and train stations.

the bathroom door was a problem. it got stuck a couple of times and did not close properly. there wasn't a solution for food when i arrived late and hungry because my train was delayed.

The location was really convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. The room was also clean. I liked the friendly staff. The view from my bedroom window was amazing. The housekeeping service was great.
